1. Open all belts. Put a little below the base of the palm crossed by all links. Close the straps.
2. Tighten until you achieve your desired level of support.
Care Instructions
Close the straps before washing. Wash by hand with mild soap in warm water (not hot). Rinse well and dry.
Do not use: washing machine, dryer, dry cleaning, bleach or softeners.
