Multi-Guard Hair, Skin and Nails gummies are a multivitamin formula containing 12 essential micronutrients, including biotin and zinc, which help maintain the normal condition of hair, skin, and nails*. Fructooligosaccharides (FOS) from chicory root fiber are used both as a sweetening agent and as a gelatin substitute. FOS are a natural form of soluble carbohydrates found in many vegetables, such as endives and onions. When taken orally, they are only partially absorbed; most of them serve as a nutritional substrate for the growth of the gut’s natural microbiota, especially species of Bifidobacteria and Lactobacillus.
