How to use: Get close to the basin, bend the head forward and tilt to one side (the head should be positioned lower than shoulder level), then breathe through open mouth. The solution will usually exit through the opposite nostril, carrying the secretions away. If the positioning is correct. the liquid will not enter the throat and will not cause discomfort. After lavage, bend the head forward for a few seconds and allow the remaining droplets of the lavage solution to drip out. Repeat the same process for the other nostril.
