Let shampoo set for 10 minutes on the head and rinse with plenty of water. With the specially designed  comb, comb small tufts of hair  from the root downwards so that the comb will remove the lice. After the combing procedure has been completed, wash hair again. For better results repeat the whole procedure 2 - 3 times a week.
