FORTIFERRUM® Folic Caps is an iron and folic acid (Vit B9) supplement, recommended for iron and folic acid deficiency states or health problems where there is an increased need for iron or folic acid such as anemia, pregnancy and lactation.
FORTIFERRUM® Folic Caps contains SunActive®, which is a micronized and microencapsulated ferric pyrophosphate with high bioavailability and absorption. This form of iron is equivalent to 30 mg of elemental iron and is produced using a special technology for coating and protecting microscopic nutrient particles called Super Dispersion. The size of SunActive® iron particles is very small (0.3 μm), resulting in approximately 99% high bioavailability.
