1. Open all belts and put your thumb in the hole. Wrap the strap on the wrist and secure. Then close the belt near the thumb.
2. Then wrap the large strap around the wrist. Make the necessary applications up to feel stable and comfortable.
3. The metal brackets can be adjusted accordingly to achieve the support you desire.
Care Instructions
Remove the metal brackets prior to washing. Close the straps. Wash by hand with mild soap in warm water (not hot). Rinse well and dry.
Do not use: washing machine, dryer, dry cleaning, bleach or softeners.
